Michele M. Schnitzel
President And Founder
Michele Schnitzel is President and Founder of KRCrossing. With over 25 years of experience in the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing industries, her success is built on a very simple principle: Collaborate to build a sustainable roadmap to achieve maximum desired outcomes. Simply put, people first, goals second, and a sound and precise gameplan from which to work.
After graduating with a degree in marketing, Michele quickly charted a career for herself which focused on fixing anything and everything that was broken or completely off its wheels in business. This, married with an unusual respect for every single employee of an organization, quickly defined her as a maverick in operational excellence and corporate culture.

Everett Dyer
Fraud Control Services
Everett earned both an M.B.A. in Taxation from Bentley University He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and C.P.A and is Loss Prevention Certified by the Retail Loss Prevention Foundation.
As an auditor in public accounting, Everett developed and directed the retail loss prevention department for a 100+ store national retailer. He also worked within risk management and internal audits in the health care and transportation sectors.
Everett is President of Fraud Controls Services, LLC where he provides solutions for small to mid-sized businesses to safeguard company assets and support business goals and profit targets.

In his spare time, Everett enjoys boating, traveling and exploring the Moosehead Lake region of Maine.
Jon Brennan
Global Director Of Sales
Jon was instrumental in opening up the first Internet Service Provider in the state of Florida back in the early 90’s. Since that time Jon has worked with several selected worldwide telecommunication carriers. The most recent, prior to GTT was with Verizon Enterprises.
Jon's mission is to increase client's revenue, improve productivity, minimize risk, manage change and reduce the total cost of ownership. One of Jon's key differentiators is the importance he places on building relationships with his clients to delve fully into goal setting and actionable, measurable results.

Jon lives in Florida with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching the kid’s baseball and football teams while also finding time to golf, fish, and travel with the family.
Ken Schnitzel

Rich Schnitzel
Project Manager
Rich holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Roger Williams University. He spent the beginning of his career as a Project Engineer for a self performing General Contractor in Connecticut working in the field and estimating departments.
As Field Service Engineer Rich worked on Oil and Gas Turbine installations around the world, managing service and installation of turbine gearboxes integrating with a diverse group of cultures and skillsets. Most recently he has managed an international sales force in the Energy sector, growing the business to $6 million in global sales by the end of 2017.

In his free time Rich is an avid motorcycle and bicycle rider, is always fixing an engine, and in the middle of a house project list that never seems to end.
Ken has a degree in Business Finance & Management from the University of Maine Orono. At IDEXX, Ken is currently a Financial Analyst in Shared Services. He also manages KPR Performance, where he excels and enjoys working on all things motorized.

Ken is a key contributor to the company’s productivity and unmatched service. Thorough analysis of historical data and accounting allow him to make projections and forecasts into our client's future and perform ad hoc analysis, for prudent recommendations to senior management.
In his free time, Ken enjoys all things active including the outdoors and CrossFit. He also enjoys working on cars or riding snowmobiles and motorcycles. Ken has lived in Maine for the past 17 years where he enjoys life in Freeport.
